Nessebar (approx. 9.3 miles)
Charming Old Town Nessebar is really one big open air museum full of culturally and historically important sites, some of them dating back to Roman times. This ancient part of Nessebar, quaintly located on a small peninsula jutting out into the Black Sea, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1983. Winding cobblestone streets invite visitors to explore the many colourful cafés and restaurants as well as the quaint little shops offering all kinds of handmade souvenirs, pottery and jewellery.

Sunny Beach (approx. 1.8 miles)
Little wonder this popular seaside resort is known as “Sunny Beach”: It consists of a nearly five-mile stretch of sandy beaches (some of them up to 109 yards wide) along the Black Sea coast, lined by numerous hotels and restaurants. During daytime, national and international visitors enjoy the sun and the sea before at night the various bars, pubs and clubs explode with life.

Bourgas (approx. 21.7 miles)
Bourgas, the country’s fourth largest seaport, forms the economic, cultural and political centre of south-eastern Bulgaria. Galleries, museums, theatres, an opera building, archaeological sites, and various festivals and events offer visitors a varied choice of attractions in and around Bourgas. Bourgas airport, located north of the city centre, is served by flights from the UK and Germany and other European destinations.
